Around The House is the title of an album by Matthew Herbert.
Around The House is also the name of a project i'm involved at this moment.
Around The House is a work in progress. The idea is to document with small photographs (mobile phones cameras are great) all objects surronding us in our house. To make a visual map of our own home. Just like new technologies like google maps lets you geotag and document all your movements around the globe, i want to geotag all my movements around my house. Yes, you named it, it's a kind of domestic cartography built with images of domestic gadgets.
